On MSI, My GPU mhz and my volt keeps going on and off when idle, is that normal? Like it will constantly go from 0 to 700 for example and than back to zero and it does that until i start doing anything like opening a browser or launcher.

Hey man setting this up on my rog ally. And everything seems to be working however it seems as if my settings are not being applied for FPS it says D3D11 even thought I manually changed the name to fps. And also I changed the color to be a neon green and it doesn't show I've changed the colors either. Also I added the max fps and 1% fps low and even though I made sure everything was checked to show on display those don't work either.
