I replaced it twice replaced sensor for ac line replaced coolant sensor 😮 what's next also replaced fans

On my 2012 Dodge Caravan, I changed both the thermostat and driver's side blend heater door actuator (AC/heater under dash) because of clicking and operation of controls. afterwards, I cleared the DTC codes with reader. I've driven the car since May for about 200 miles. Still my dtc reader says no codes detected and my car fails inspection sticker. What are my options/reason why/how I can proceed to get it reading again so I can get inspection pass. Thanks
I'm working on a 2008 did they change in 08 because this van does not have one of those resistors. Ive taken the headlight out, the front fascia, and oreilys says they only show a hi speed relay and low speed relay for it. What is the correct name for this part, maybe I'm asking for the wrong thing. Thanks for any help. I replaced the hi and low speed relays and the 60 Amp radiator fan fuse, but still not working.

replaced mine. Now the condenser th won't shut off with key out ending out. unplugged fan. Now, the cooling fan stays on. I swapped the horn and fan relay, same relay, still runs. Maybe temp sensor, buy new relay and see if it was simply stuck?

I have 2012 grand caravan I replace the relay 3 times from yunk yard .the fan activate with no problem .I cleared the code.
But when I activate the ac the engine light come on.
Could it be the same problem if my fans dont stop after i turn the car off???
Good video, Before replace the relay, make sure you have the voltages & ground on wires, part cost is around $60 bucks do NOT replace a good working relay
Had watched a different video, so I didn't waste time removed the headlamp assembly which Al also noticed.
Thank you for a helpful video! Solved my problem! In my case, the prior owner did not fasten the relay down, and it had thrashed about and broken plastic pieces of the relay shell. One side of the relay was detached and not making contact with the connector pins. Replaced it, fastened it down with the screw that comes with the Dorman kit. My check engine light and codes are now gone! Well, the check engine light is back now but that's probably just the O2 sensor again.
Let me see…. engine overheating. So, I changed the fans, the relay, the thermostat and the housing plus the hose, flush system and added new coolant. It still overheated! I did an engine gasket test that stayed blue (WHEW!), I did a leak test to radiator and found no leaks. I watched this video and saw that you checked the fuse. I did not check the fuse. Low and behold, it was the fuse. A 5 dollar fuse! Unreal!
The fans stay on after I shut off the engine.i replaced twice.what else could it be.
how about same codes for a 2007 town and country limited van but the fans stay on even when the vans off keys are out etc..

Nice! Turns out my fuse was bad, changing the relay anyways. Could that be the cause of the blown fuse?

I have a Ford Focus, and the same error "P0480 – Cooling Fan 1 Control Circuit Malfunction". I checked the fuses, they are OK. I replaced the relay module for a newone (O&M). I checked the fluid pressure, it's ok too. I think it´s possible the high pressure fluid sensor can be damaged. Is it possible for this fault code? In my case, the cooling fan not run in a high speed when I turn on the AC. Thanks a lot for you video.
You do not need to remove the headlight to get to the module.
