You are a hero. After being quoted out rageous ptices from the dealer and watching a bunch of videos of much more complicated and temporary fixes this one was a big relief. Took 2 minutes on e bay to buy replacement shells.
Does this work with the key ones too where the keys attached… I haven't opened mine yet to check but I'm assuming yes
WOW I did not realize it was that easy. A lot of the times if you want to keep the Ford logo you can just use the new front with the old back and it will work just fine. No reason why dealers charge that much.

No offence Nate, but you REPLACED the shell, you did not FIX the shell. For many of us the title of the video gives false hope, because it is not possible to find a replacement shell for something like a ELVATDD key fob for example. You should change the wording of the title from FIX to REPLACE. But if someone is able to find the shell to their fob your video is great.
