Is your hard drive showing signs of wear and tear? need to check for bad sectors on that hard drive to see if the bad sectors need to be fixed or repair? well you can really repair bad sectors, but what you can do is detect bad sectors, the hide them so windows does no attempt to read or write to that part of the drive that has bad sectors. Bad sectors can cause crashing, BSOD and Hard Drive Errors.

How to Deal with Bad Sectors on Hard Drive
First you will need to create a bootable flash drive with HDAT2 on it, then enable IDE in the BIOS and run scans on the hard drive for bad sectors.

HDD REGENERATOR IS FAR MORE EASY THEN THIS SOFTWARE
So, I am late to the party. But I am utterly shocked at how close minded people are. Yes, you can buy an SSD Cheap. But people seem to not realize that there are a multiple of reasons why you may need to do this, especially outside of the normal consumer pc. I am currently in the boat of specialized equipment that costs $70000 USD and your not just buying a new drive and installing a SSD. I mean, there are Airplanes in the sky daily with big ass floopy drives still. They cant just whip a new $30 SSD in.
Houston we have a problem, my 8TB still alive, still giving read errors and been a problem for game update, i just formatted so theres nothing on it it still has read errors or clusters i dont understand, its a drive that works but its been akward. its got 1 error thats all i know, its a storage drive i dont boot from it
