  1. Ripper video Drew and very interesting. The mower looks unmolested and original so did the spring lose tension or was it the way it left the factory?

  2. Great video explaining the different springs required for the lm carby. It's such a pity they stuffed up the design and didn't make it simple to adjust running rpm. A spring with adjustable tension or an adjustable vacuum line would be more suitable!

    The mower in the video looks like a late model vsx160. If fitted with 4 blades 2800 rpm is to spec and adequate fit purpose. Running it higher increases noise and you'll go through a tank of fuel much faster!
