  1. very poor video shows nothing about the wiring, the most important part, and idiot can do the rest. No phone contact number, returniung themostat to home depot. im done!

  2. Don't buy unless you are not worried about a heart attack! It just SUCKS! Don't let you run at a CONSTANT heating&Cooling temp. All sucking eco, comfort, … options with hold time etc. Could't cancel hold time. All that glitters are not gold and all that looks fancy are not Apple!

  3. why can't I go past 95 on Eco?

  4. Very good video. Although, I'd like to see the wires stripped, a little more identification and basically more install instructions

  5. Unsure where the magical additional wire appeared during installation. No "C" wire on old thermostat but abracadabra, it suddenly appears on new one.

  6. People need to know how many thermostat wires are are before you buy something like this. And is it easy to install a five or six wire cable? Otherwise you'll have to hire someone at about 110 an hour

  7. It’s telling me problem connecting to cloud try again arghhhhhh

  8. The Power Connector module should honestly come with them in every box.

  9. worst thermostat i have ever owned

  10. All good until the google nest loose the connection randomly with the heat link and goes limp mode. Can't get back normal mode

  11. can someone send a link to the PDF install information?

  12. Hey Google why don't you fix the C wire issue on these stupid things? The issue has been around for over 2 years now. I almost returned mine before realizing there's a way around this stupid bug.

  13. imagine being a technician trying to find out how to get into the nest thermostat when the homeowner isn’t home. The thermostat wasn’t working when I got here, I took it off the wall and put it back. Now it’s working. “I’m sorry sir, I have no clue what’s wrong with it.

  14. How about sending actual instructions in the box instead of starting in with the “Go to the internet” crap.

  15. My red wire on my Honeywell has a jumper that goes to the Rc but that option is not on the nest . Please advise

  16. I don't know what most home power systems are, but is it common to have a high voltage system in the majority?
