Thanks for the video it helped a lot.
I can’t get the little screws out! When I turn with the little screwdriver it doesn’t do anything … any tips? 😢
Thank you so much for this video! I recently just broke mine and I thought I would have to get apple to fix it for 200 or buy a new pair!
So unfortunately this does not work for me as I can’t figure at how to get the plastic out of the hinge🫤
Just repaired my Beats and you, sir, saved me 3000 SEK ( cirka 300 USD). Thank you! 🙂
Does the B and S thing matter?
Didn’t work for me, one of the sides broke and I can’t get the replacement headband in it
I did the repair and it went well! Sadly I broke one of the side's clicky things in the process (that's on me though haha). Thanks!
What do I need to do if my left side is loose but right sides tight!
Great video, I just wanted to respond that your original break was not specifically due to how you stored them in the bag, but more of a terrible, terrible mechanical design by BEATS. I have gone through 3 replacements for the same issue. The last time, I simply opened the headset to put on my head and it snapped. Amazon sells 1000s of replacement kits per month, and you have over 160K views of this video. BEATS/APPLE could likely have a class action suit on their hands.
1:41 literally how do you pop that thing up? That’s the only problem I’m having with this video so I can’t get pass the first step. It won’t work for me 😭 edit never mind, after 20 minutes I just did it. I got angry enough to just force it and not care about breaking it at this point lol
Much like the other comments, my son's Beats Studio 3s snapped and whilst searching for replacement parts, I found this video. I ordered the replacement shadow grey band from Amazon for £23 yesterday, it arrived today and 10 minutes later, I'd completed the repair for him. He's currently wearing them at the gym and reports they're as good as new. We're both delighted. Thanks for the video tutorial.
Thank goodness for this video! Fixed for $21 bucks!!
Looks Easy when you do it hahaha I was getting annoyed when doing mine … That cushion grrr! Finally did it yay! Thank you for sharing!
Thank you so much.
thank you, this video helped a lot 👍

I am here as a member of the broken beats church I had them since 2018

I was able to fix the band that was broken, but now my beats won’t turn on or charge. Any advice?
i can’t fold the broke side to start unscrewing it any help?
Easy peasy
thank you bro i have this same issue and i thoguht it was a lot harder to do. about to order this now
I almost committed the self harm trying to put the padding back in
Very easy thank you so much I didn’t know about this until a couple days ago apple wouldn’t fix them so I ordered the kit and just fixed mine thank you so much!
Thanks bro just fitted mine all good 👍
Small thing he glossed over that was very helpful: def place the padded insert into the rubber piece of the headband so it snaps onto the top band. Also, have some alcohol or goo-gone handy as there's glue on these pieces to ensure fitment. Thanks for the vid. $200 apple repair turned into $20 and 15 minutes of time.
Wow
I was extremely upset and i have no apple care. But i thought there was a solution! Thanks for this man! First time i comment on YouTube 😂
