IMPORTANT: If bootrec/fixboot comes back with “Access Denied”, try typing in bootsect/nt60 sys then type the bootrec /fixboot

When i do that and i restard the laptop, goes to windows error recovery and says to insert the windows installation disc and restart then to choose the languague and to repair the computer

What about on a dual boot situation? Win10 boots but my win7 does not, and I tried all the other options except the command prompts….
Thank you, solved my problem, i was installing linux in other hard drive and i had work to go then i pressed shutdown button and when come back win. 7 doesn't boot up although it was in other hard drive; then i removed linux hard disk and atteched win. Hard drive after i did your method then easily windows booted up
