Hey mohit…thanks for the information like always….i am in a cutting phase rn..its been 3 months and i got down from 97.45 to 85 kg….the problem that i am facing is that i cant eat much protein..suffering from high uric acid production in my body…in an on and off mode ….it doesnt pain in my left foot when i cut protein..but when my level comes down and i start my normal veg diet like daal..the level goes up again….what should i do to hit my protein goals…my fat loss process is getting very slowed down by this..i am doing strength training and 3 times cardio per week as well..
