For Linux users: If you get an error saying "dev/sdb is NOT a valid device" go to the actual directory (dev/sdb), except the USB device might be a different letter (for me, it was sda). All you need to do then is to change the letter in the command to the letter on the file, and you're good to go!
Help me here! I installed windows 11 using update settings. And it is still saying my cpu intel xeon E5 – 1620V is not supported. However Microsoft list is saying otherwise. Windows 1021H1 – supported Intel processors – scroll down to intel xeon e5 1620V.
I don't want to install windows 11. Windows 10 sucked enough and I think windows 11 will suck more. Take me back to Windows Vista or 97 days. Back when Windows was great and easy to use. Microsoft should have stayed with what they had. Instead they created a monster with bigger problems then what we need. It is OK to take care of Security but leave functionality alone.
Is there anyone who got asked if they use their laptop as desktop during installation? Because I answered yes since, I have it as docking system, however im also taking my laptop to school but now i cant use it unplugged. it just dies when its unplugged. Can anyone help me? I even tried going back to Win 10 but nothing changed. Thanks to anyone who knows something about this, or experienced this as well.

Microsoft has not released Windows 11 be careful what you download if you have a very old pc If you do not have the right requirements it will lag and you will not get window patches

All very interesting, I'm sure. I don't see what all the fuss and hype is about. At the moment, it isn't released and a high percentage of the general population can't install it anyway because of the stupid requirements put on it by Microsoft. Why would I go out and buy a new computer just so that I can "have the latest" software that doesn't do all that much anyway when the computers/s that I already have perform extremely well.

After i joined the beta insider program, i didn't have to download the iso because it got updated automatically to windows 11
why would anyone want windows 11? what is improved? i am still on 7 and never seen a reason for 8 or 10
But us with older computers can't use it, my computers are less than 5 years old and not compatible to use Windows 11. Unless that changes I'll be using Linux when 10 is at end of life.
I'm still regretting the downgrade to windoze 10.
Unlike windoze 10 If Corel 8 would run on windows 11 – then I would install it.
