I agree that simply starting an idea is the most important part. That can be difficult for people like the hikikomori who may be unmotivated. Hikis should always be proud for taking that first step.
There are places like Appen that will hire you to evaluate ads and stuff like that. It's usually not a lot of money but it's always better than zero. It's like you said, Hiro, the important thing is to start something, usually one thing lead to another but you need to get yourself in the game first!
