  1. "Like most things in the west you have to do it yourself" 🤣🤣🤣🤣

  2. Awesome man. I’m about to try that.

  3. Helpful video, Dan. How would you adjust a front door sticking at the bottom?

  4. I did the same with Stodoys plans 🙂

  5. Wait.. how do you fit 3" screw into 1" screw hole? Did you drill it again?

  6. This time I will do it manually with the help of Woodglut designs.

  7. I Have A Bedroom That Is Sagging About A Foot And No One Has Helped Me Do Any Thing About If You Can Help Me And Step By Step Please And Thank You I Don’t Want To Have To Spend Money And Replace The Door

  8. Great video I'll give it a try

  9. Thanks!! Thought I'd have up shave down the door to create new holes.
The loose side is on the door side, not the walk side. Do i use the long screw on the door side?

  10. Thank you! Trying to fix everything in my new home without paying over priced handy man. This was a life saver. One guy told me the frame of the house was cracked causing the doors to lean smh!

  11. Your door is fixed….congratulations. My head is spinning watching this fast video.

  12. Tried this on an interior door and the hinge is too stubborn to move using this method no matter how much force I put in the hammer, and I don't want to break anything or cause the wood to split with too much pressure. Any other ideas? did the screw trick first and that didn't work either.

  13. You are so straightforward and concise! Thank You!! Very Helpful 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

  14. Looking forward to trying this

  15. My laundry room door keep opening just at a fingure push. Please advice if I can do something about it. If you want I can send a video for the problem. Thank you

  16. Thanks man… great video with the perfect advice for my situation. .

  17. Thanks so much my 3" screws in top hinge did the trick. An old carpenter once told me you can also loosen the lower hinge on the jamb side & insert small strip of a business card shimming it away from jamb moving the top toward the jamb. Thanks again.

  18. My door hits the floor can’t close it . I will try your method. I will first take a closer look at the screws. Any other thoughts?

  19. get a knuckle bender wrench–perfect tool for the job. you may need to do other doors in the future

  20. Good job keep up the great videos

  21. Looks great – will try ASAP. Thanxalot.

  22. Great info! Thanks for posting!

  23. you just saved me a ton of time and $$$$…thx man, good tip!!!

  24. There's a tool for adjusting hinges. It's called a Knucle Bender.

  25. If I’m not wrong, I think your hinge pin should be coming from the top down not from the bottom up. Even though the pin is held by friction and pressure, there may be a slim chance it could slide down and out the hinge? Idk. Just doesn’t look right to me. Thanks for the tips!

  26. Man didn't think of a longer screw. I used a 2 1/2 inch screw and was able to fix an interior door that was driving me nuts. Can't believe your installer used those wimpy screws on such a heavy door.

  27. A very useful, practical demonstration. This was helpful as I'm preparing to adjust a door myself.
