  2. Been dealing with pain in this area for 9 months now. One round of these stretches and I am feeling quite a bit of relief. On to the strengthening exercise! A fellow Michigander here saying, “Thanks!”

  3. All the exercises are great and so do them but I continue to have pain . Had sacral and coccyx stress fractures 11 years ago and I am afraid. Hurts to sit , walk and sleep is non existent. , cervical and lumbar stenosis I also have DDD
    So afraid of surgery!

  8. I did this video last night after having extreme si joint pain for many days. This has been a chronic issue for the past 17 years. This helped be able to actually sleep and felt better for the majority of the day today. Doing these again before bed!

  14. I’ve had SI for three weeks. I’m going to the chiropractor 3 times a week. I did this exercise and I felt instant relief, it didn’t hurt when I stood up, before the pain was excruciating.

  24. I'm 70 and one year ago had my fourth lumbar spinal fusion. I'm now having pain in my hip joints and across my lower back. I do various stretching exercises and take naproxen to relieve pain. My research seems to indicate SI pain. I look forward to following your videos for more permanent relief. Your instruction is very clear and straightforward.   42. Some good info but a bed does not come close to an exam table for stability. No way I would do some of those exercises on a bed!
