  1. Hi do you still have the factory connector that you cut off by any chance?

  2. Many thanks for this video. I am just about to install an Alpine ixl-507a in a 986. I would dearly like to know why you installed two Alpine KTP-445U power packs and not just one? Was this for the extra head room (there is extra noise in a convertible), or for outlets to feed 3 sets of speakers? Fancy a trip over to Perth to install all 🙂 Thanks once again.

  3. Sweet video! Thank you for sharing. Most likely doing this, bone stock 03 986 all premium upgrades from the factory. PCM 2.0 I believe, still need to take the head unit out and check.

  4. Also you mentioned 3 pre outs, its that 3 line channels, (ive the same setup for a C4S) 6 speakers, looking to pick a android unit(android auto) any units you recommended? (The headunit have or wired to have 3 pre outs) thanks dude!

  5. Amazing video dude, picked up the same 911 last month, same issue, the bose radio is dead, quick question, (the the truck section) i may have missed it in the video, how are the amps powered x 2 , are the from the existing amp wiring ? Am guessing red,(pos) black(neg) etc? Thanks and subbed!

  6. Would this work with 2015 Cayenne with Bose upgrade?

  7. Absolutely fantastic video !! And amazing details !! Thank you.
I do feel though that those amps are going to suffocate from all the heat in there !!

  8. How do i find the remote wire color on the amplifier end on a porsche cayman 987.1?

  9. Did you leave or replace the existing BOSE speakers ?

  10. Did you have any issues with interference once the engine was running? I've had no success due to what I think is alternator charging current causing a whining noise through the speakers. Lots of similar problems in forums on the Internet.

  11. What speakers fit inside this car? What do you rec

  12. So I have the rear deck speakers. So total of 6 speakers. How would those be wired into a new amp. Currently have them spliced in the fronts in parallel and sounding amazing. There is no extra wires on the deck for them. Converting the door *subs into RCA into the subwoofer pre out? Thanks!

  13. Any other amps you can recommend ?
