i was playing crysis 3 on high setting i get 60+ fps but all of a sudden it drops to 10 fps for a few seconds then goes back to 60+fps idk confused

i did both of these fixes it worked for about 30 minutes solid but i experienced fps drops again but then will resetting one of the changes will it work better?
Me after changing this-
i got 200 fps after 5 second it turns to 30 fps after so many players attacking i got 5 fps
