How to Fix Wrist Pain for Good

Dr. Rowe shows how to fix wrist pain AT HOME, and it’s shown in an easy to follow step-by-step guide.

First, an effective wrist pain relief muscle, ligament, and tendon (aka soft tissue) massage technique is shown that may help release tightness, quickly helping to give wrist pain and carpal tunnel syndrome relief in as little as 30 SECONDS!

Second, wrist pain relief mobility exercises are demonstrated to help increase range of motion and mobility in the wrist and hands. This is particularly good for dull, ACHY pains in (and around) the carpal tunnel.

Third, self mobilization exercises for the wrist are shown that will help loosen locked up, stiff scaphoid and lunate carpal bones in the hand (a big cause of wrist pain and carpal tunnel syndrome). This may result in a satisfying POP or CRACK!

Last, strengthening exercises are shown to build up the area in and around the wrists, helping to FUTURE-PROOF it from further instances of pain. Also, this exercise may help restore normal range of motion in the wrist.

All these stretches and exercises can be done AT HOME, don’t require any special equipment, and be done ANYTIME you need quick wrist pain relief.

Watch now and get rid of wrist pain for good!

  4. This self, wrist adjustment succeeded in resetting my dislocated wrist and relieving my great pain, which I have had for a month. Thank-you so much. Before watching this video; I had tried pushing on the spot on my wrist: forward, backward, downward, and sideways, with no luck. I watched ten other videos with no luck. This video showed how to find the offending spot, by rubbing and feeling the loose, bone. Tensioning, dropping the wrist; and the key: lifting the arm, gently upward, while pushing on the spot to get the correct angle and gentle leverage. The offending bone in my wrist slid toward my elbow and popped-down gently and dramatically into place; relieving my pain and restoring movement & strength to my wrist & hand. I am so thankful for Dr. Rowe's generous help. It is selfless, giving, skilled, people, like Dr. Rowe, who restore faith in America.
