HOW TO FIX PECTUS EXCAVATUM RIB FLARE

I ( Riley Byrne )was born with Pectus Excavatum and managed to fix my condition through exercise & bodybuilding without surgery and I want to help others do the same.

A typical person with Pectus Excavatum has tight chest muscles, poor upper body strength and bad posture. Exercise can correct all of these problems, thus greatly improving the appearance of your body. Furthermore I believe that partaking in specific exercises with strict form, and a mind muscle connection combined with manipulated breathing can stretch your sternum out and pull your ribcage in which will eventually reduce the extent of your Pectus.

  14. I dont know if seeing my message is possible but I've been struggling a good amount of years with my ribs. The doctor said my ribs are sticking out due to the fact that I have a vitamin D deficiency .Started going out more and more and took a lot of vit D and still nothing even after 2 years.I'm 16 rn and still havent gotten rid of them.I tried doing your exercises but my muscles are really weak and I can barely perform any of them. Not to say that I dont go to gym either.I just wanna get rid of them and dont know what to do :((

  24. Nice video bro. 👍 i consider to put these excersise into my abs workout, cause i have the issue too. Are they hit the muscle as hard as push up and twist do, so i can replace it? Sorry for my bad English, thanks

  25. This really helped thank you very much

  26. I only have the flare on my left side? It seems my left side is just wonky lol. on the upper end of my ribcage under my pec the ribs there actually seem to more inward than those on the right side at the same point. Then towards the bottom a larger rib seems to stick out both sideways and outward a bit. This makes me think it might be some kind of deformity but idk. Can it be fixed like this? And also, can this nasty asymmetry be covered by weight gain, cuz im on the skinny side right now.

  27. I am scared due to ribs does it really helps.. pls anyone reply so that i could also fix it…

  28. I have a problem when I flex my abdominal muscle only my top muscle moves

  30. How do I do the leg raise? I have Pectus excavatum, flared ribs and Anterior Pelvic Tilt so I cant raise my legs like that.

  31. Should i fix my rib flare or my anteroir pelvic tilt. Is it ok if i work on both of them at the same time

  32. Will these workouts affect me if i also have anterior pelvic tilt?

  33. Hey PectusPT! Thanks for the great video, I am keen to try out these exercises. Just a question though. At 3:21 would it be possible to just throw a ball against a wall instead of the equipment? I unfortunately do not have the cable.
