What can i use if I have pigmentaion in eye look. It looks ashy if i use concealer and loose powder and after using loose powder my eye shadow doesn't set on eye lid

I have always had a personal rule that is: don't use any kind of red or pink eye shadow. To me it suggests bloodshot eyes.
To be honest I actually prefer the right side, but then again I actually DO want to look like a work of art. I think the only problem with that side is you didn't prime.
