  5. Can this problem be from sciatica? I initially noticed pain in the back do my knee which forced me to stop running. A couple weeks later during a slow run I started feeling it up the hamstring, back of knee and the calf.

    It's 3:11am when I type this comment , I was having a pain on my popliteal out of no where around 12:30 am , I was searching for some videos on YouTube that could help me , but all I find was a real regular knee pain or some injuries knee pain , I don't work out , there should be no reason for the pain , I don't have any injury , the pain that I have was feeling uncomfortable and weird , I can't even say if it was a pain .Then I came across this video , thank God I did , I don't have to follow all of your tips , all I did was circle massage that you told on the first step , as I started giving some circular motion as said , I feel blood flow down to my phalanges ,and now the weird , uncomfortable pain stiffnes that I have on my popliteal fossa to my knee to my calves is totally gone .Thank you so much for educating us , it works like a magic for me , I'm just gonna go and sleep now .God bless you sir ๐Ÿฅบ๐Ÿฅบ๐Ÿฅบ๐Ÿ’ž๐Ÿ’ž๐Ÿ’ž๐Ÿ’ž

    with definitive osteophyte presence in lateral compartment. I am 65 years old. would you suggest me a knee surgery or therapy. Thank you

  12. I was having so much pain after the gym. I couldn't stretch my legs out. Couldn't even walk Straight. Did only the first exercise and I'm able to walk with minimum pain! Still in disbelief!
