  1. Could have used a shorter belt .fixed clutch or compressor at later time .

  2. Some people don't need instructions. We drink and we know things.

  3. just bypass with a smaller serpentine belt, a lot cheaper and fast install

  4. I hv a 88 GMC c3500 454 7.4 sierra. I need a bypass pulley cant fined it for this truck would u know were to buy one ? Or were to look?

  5. Hey ding-a-ling the spacers Were Meant to go underneath the plate before you put the bolts inside this holes so that way it rises above that bolt that was holding your power steering fill tube on instead of interfering with it 😶

  6. What do you cap off the AC lines with, and where do you secure them out of the way. At 11:14 of the video.

  7. Was wondering that when he stated that the way it made sense to put the pulley the way that the pulley was lower. Why didn't he use the spacers to correct this? He would have still been able to keep the power steering fill tube in place.

  8. Question I’m doing this for my 2.2L with a ac compressor from a different year (I don’t need Ac it’s just for the pulley) but what did you do with the connectors in the back since my ac compressor is for a 1995 and in putting it in a 2001 I can’t connect any of them do I just let them hang off or what should I do

  9. I have a question for you sir… Instead of paying $60 for that by pass, why didn't u save alot of money and go to the junk yard and get a old ac pump off another to put there just to put the belt back into.? That wouldn't been but $20 ? Just something to put the belt on instead of a $60 by pass??

  10. Hey brother can you please tell me which pully is work for ford fusion 2006
    2.5 L engine

  11. I did this not long ago and my bet is rubbing on the alternator now

  12. You saved my butt!
5 hrs from home at 830 pm. Got to a parts store bought a 3/8 ratchet and a 69.5 inch belt, fixed in under ten minutes.
    Thank you!

  13. It probably just needed a new bearing on the Compressor pulley for about 15 to 20 dollars and you don't have to get rid of a charge and cheaper than the bypass pulley. Parts store can usually loan you the pulley puller for a deposit and get your money back when you return the tool.

  14. The parts store says that they don't make the bypass pulley for my 95 oldsmobile 88 3.8. I tried just to measure a belt that could go on routing it and just not adding the a/c pulley in rotation at all ( alot of ppl say they have done it) but with having done that my belts just keep breaking. I'm assuming bcuz it needs the tension from that pulley? Ughhh plz help @FerKurl

  15. Not trying too step on any toes but are you sure you didn't just need the bypass pulley with 4 mounts, i don't think there's a design flaw just a wrong pulley. I've only installed 2 so im not an expert

  16. Then again. You could get a used compressor at a junkyard for less than 60 bucks probably but good idea. Up here in the summers I like to have AC especially traveling on the highway

  17. Thanks Fer! My brother could really use tips like this!

  18. Thank you that was what my dad needs
