How to Fix BIG TOE Pain for Good

Dr. Rowe shows how to get rid of big toe pain FOR GOOD, and it’s shown in an easy to follow step-by-step guide.

First, a quick big toe pain relief muscle, ligament, and tendon (aka soft tissue) massage technique is shown that may help release stiffness and tightness, quickly helping to give toe pain relief in as little as 30 SECONDS.

Second, we’ll go over a self mobilization (or self release) of the big toe and first metatarsal to help increase range of motion and mobility of the feet and toes. This is particularly good for achy, ARTHRITIC toe and foot pain.

Third, strengthening exercises are shown to build up the area in and around the toes, foot, ankle, and calves… which will help build stronger support for the toes and feet and help ‘future-proof’ them from injury (and possibly lessen instances of pain).

All these stretches and exercises can be done AT HOME and be done ANYTIME you need an instant big toe pain fix. Great part is, they’re natural stretching movements that offer SAFE toe and foot pain relief.

Watch now and fix of big toe pain for good!

  10. the big question is… is it worth it to invest in doing exercises knowing that your arthritis is getting worse by the year? when is the time to have surgery? I've heard CARTIVA is a good solution but it can have its problems too. Thanks for the video, I am following the exercises just now…. thanks!

  18. I got a Ganglion Cyst 18 months ago from repetitive use of pressing down on the sustain/damper pedal on a large grand piano, it had a very firm pedal action.
My question is about this first exercise you're demonstrating in this video, would this be helpful to me or should I avoid considering my Ganglion cyst on the first mtp joint?

  19. I noticed a lot seemed mostly about the bottom of foot/toe. What about the top of the toe. I tend to curl my toes and I think it drove it in the ground hard once. It also felt like cracking so I tried to crack like I have before, like my fingers. I didnt work and has been sore since. Would these work for that? Again the soreness is on the top of the big toe, on the joint before the nail when I curl my toes and definitely very sore when I put it into dorsal? flexion when doing push ups.
