Sometimes, your memory may reach a peak of 99 percent or 98 percent or any high ninety-ish figure. This video is a long one because we covered all the important parts and all the available software solutions for this RAM/Memory problem. This should work on all windows: XP, Vista, 7, 8, 8.1, and obviously Windows 10. These are the quickest and simplest ways to solve this problem.
Please note that if these solutions didn’t work then try resetting your PC/Laptop and reinstalling Windows 10. Otherwise, it may be a hardware issue so go to a technician to get this problem fixed.

remember too make a registry backup before making any changes to the registry.. this should of been said before he showed the different registry edits

Video was very nice. I have a new Lenovo Notebook with 16 GB RAM. Sadly nothing really works, my usage after start is just 5 GB of RAM. I do not even open a browser . I dont have malware or whatever. No idea what to do next.
