I just don't like locking out. I dont believe the potential risk is worth it so I avoid locking out as much as possible. Being laid up for a year is not on my to do list.

I tried that hack squat for the first time last week. I tried to follow your tips but i noticed my lower back hurting whenever id go "low". I must be doing something wrong
