I need to double check, but, I thought Ditre was used with UNmodified thin set. This video was awesome and the small bathroom was pretty much identical to mine. Love those tile spacers and will get those at HD if they still have them in 2023.

The staggering on those tiles looks terrible Should have staggered in the middle of the others and dealt with the cuts at the end to produce a better looking job..
