Learn how to install vinyl plank flooring in a bathroom that looks like ceramic large format tile. Vinyl plank flooring bathroom installation is an easy process you can do as a beginner installer and only needs a few tools. The flooring is waterproof and will not let any water pass through the seams. With some caulking around the tub this should help prevent any water seepage from normal bathroom usage. It is a floating floor though, so take that into consideration as if the room floods there is nothing to keep it from going over the edges of the flooring. It’s a great looking floor and nice and warm on the feet.

I looked through the links and do not think this was in there but I would like to know what the program you used to give you the detentions to cut. I’m not even sure what that would be called so I don’t know how to search for something like that.

when you remove ceramic tiles…… please be careful. the broken tiles could be very sharp…..

This is a – Fail – what not to do, unless you never wash your bathroom floors (yuk) water will seep under the base trim and the floating vinyl. This will cause mold, bad smell, and water damage swelling of the subfloor. Terrible job. Also this plastic floor could not be uglier, i think you already know the next person will want to remove it. Also machine gunning with that lame air stapler junk. Everything wrong.
Ugly plastic flooring. It will age fast and look worse.

This video really helped out and will help in the future. I plan on redoing the bathroom floor in my house. The bathroom is rather old and has carpet down which is a no no for me and under it linoleum. This will be my first real big project and the info in the video really helped! If anyone else has any advice on redoing the floor from carpet to vinyl without a lot of experience let me know it would be much appreciated 🤙
Why did you not just lay the tiles over the existing? Isn't that half the idea with using vinyl tiles, to make the job easy?
