I can't get into the system recovery options. Everything I try takes me to system recovery, which loads to a page asking me for the username and password, which I never set up a username, only password, but it is asking for both. I can't get past this to try anything to fix my computer. I've tried safe mode with networking, that also takes me to system recovery. I've tried booting normally. It takes me to system recovery.
