In my grandmother apartment install magnum alert keypad. Excidently she was late yo turned alarm off. Siren make noise. She punched cod Siren stop but keypad still have nose and displayed number2 and all three lights was flashing. What was a problem? Please help.
Ok I got a house that has this garbage that I don't use and it's screaming in the middle of the night, flashing all lights and just screaming. How do I stop it? Of course it's flashing 2-3 but then again I don't even know what's these zones. My house has ring security so we don't use these old stuff.
Hello I have the MA1016e panel. They recently switched how you need to dial out requiring a number 1 in front of the telephone number. How do I reprogram the system to add the 1 to the dial out number saved in the system .? Thank You
I hope you can help…when I bought the house, we had this system but they didnt tell me what the code was and they left. We are not paying for their services monthly but the alarm is tripping and I dont know how to stop it from going off. is there a way to disalarm the alarm without knowing the code? is there a generic code? Hello Safe and Sound I wanted to ask about the RP1016D functionality like the one you have here the system in my house after revising the truemodel it is a 1016 panel i decided to use the system panel seems to boot up fine and even decided to default it however the keypad seems to be a different story everytime i push a button i have to hold down till keyoad beeps i dont know if this is standard functionality of the keypad as here in the video the beep is imediate when a button is pressed. And also the 6 key doesnt emit a beep at all is this the keypads fault? Or is the panel and keypad progrMmed to work that way even after defaulting procedures? Thank you very much and God bless

Hi – We lost power and now the door/window chime doesn’t sound. I’ve pressed/held “5” but still no chime. The bypass yellow light is on.
What does "alarm memory" mean?
Does this require a telephone connection? The whole system is there but I dont have telephone service is this why the keypad wont light up and work

Hello. Do you know if you can add a chime to different zones? Currently only zone 1 has a chime when holding key 5.
