How To Repair A Corroded Rusted Battery Compartment On A Seiko Melodies In Motion Wall Clock

This video shows how I replace battery terminals on a seiko clock. Depending on how severe the corrosion is, you may also have to replace the entire battery wire, to do this, find where the wire leads to, unsolder it, and put a brand new one on. On certain clocks it’s easier than others.

  1. You can grab a piece of soldering wire and then turn it into a terminal coil Then solder the coil into the wire that is not rusted yet to each battery terminal that could work

  2. What you got another sink o’clock I thought you only had two

  3. Which model is this? I don’t keep up with the models after QXM382 🤣🤣🤣
