5 years ago, what kind of ready mixed path should I use to re attatch the blocks? Hydrolic?

Are those 4" x 8" x 18" on the wall by any chance? I'm looking for a replacement block similar to the top row with the vertical slots that are 4" x 8" x 18" but I cant seem to find them anywhere.

Your repair looks good to the eye, but a bad job has a thousand angles…
Repairing the walls would definitely be cheaper. But it would be beneficial to have it completely upgraded to code if they can afford it. Or at least the State could cover the costs since they have deemed that type of wall illegal after the fact. 🙄
