The question is not really…"How do I change my COACH hardware? The question is…"Where does one get the hardware?" It is the same for quality leather care products. I don't like using the internet to order products. Don't like my credit card information out "there". So where do I get Saphir, leather polish? Feibings leather dye? Bick 4 leather conditioner? And a good saddle soap? Of course…one can always use Kiwi brands…but those are far inferior to Saphir, Bick 4, and Fiebings. Kiwi is readily available at any Wal-Mart or CVS. But to get the quality products…crickets. No where to be found, unless one orders it on line. I am 55 years old, and my question is…where did people get these products, before the internet came along. I know my dad had Fiebings dye back in the 70's and 80's. (He has since passed away, so I cannot ask him). So I am confused about how people got a hold of quality leather polish, conditioners, dye's, and soap…back in the day? Sorry if I come across cranky…it is because I am…lol. It is just frustrating for me…when I want to do some leather care, repair, and restoration…but cannot find the products to do it with. So yeah…from a frustrated fan of your channel, you get a "like", and a new subscriber. Thanks for what you do.
