http://diyforknuckleheads.com Wall Anchors. Drywall Wall Anchors. Plasterboard Wall Anchors.
I discovered these plasterboard (drywall) anchors / plugs a few years ago and think they are fantastic. They are ridiculously easy to use and are extremely effective in attaching fixtures to walls. One of the main things to be aware of (as with all things that have fixtures hanging from them) is the recommended maximum weight loading of each size of anchor. What ever the packet says, adhere to it.
The biggest of Wall Mate wall anchor holds up to 10 kilos. The smallest holds up to 5 kilos.
The wall anchors can be installed with either a power drill or a hand held Phillips head screwdriver. The wall anchors are self-drilling so a pilot hole is not required.

I’ve used the wall anchors for clocks, shelving, light fixtures, curtain rods, towel rails, toilet roll holders, smoke detectors, artwork etc.
Do yourself a favor, pick some of these wall anchors up from your local hardware store and use one on your next project.

Cheers, thanks!
Assuming ur still alive n kickn, thanks mate, that was quite helpful!
Thanks!
Thanks man
Never knew how to use these types of Anchors when I came across them. Thanks! Very helpful. I skipped the whole intro though haha
The Anchorman pun alone earned my thumbs up. The fact my guitar wall hanger didn't fall earned my respect ❤
You are hilarious! 😂 it helps learning be more fun!
These are ok for light stuff… If ya wanna hang something a little heavier like for example, the missus…. then use toggle botls. I had to use only 3 toggles for my missus. Oooops, maybe I should not have said that. Its a secret ok? Sparkies still use the old spider plugs which are good for a few kilos.
Very helpful! Thank you!
Thank you❤
Ive used other anchors before but never these screw ones. Glad I found your video. Youre a good guy!
10 uears later and still helping me
You are AWESOME!!!!
Thanks for the clear instructions. I’ve been having to learn to do the things around the house that my husband used to do and don’t want to bother my sons for every little thing or pay an expensive handyman. Repairs and installations just magically appeared.
Thank you for this video. I got these anchors with cat shelves that I just purchased and I was wondering if I had to drill them in or if they just screw in. I'm grateful that I found this. I would have dragged out the drill if I didn't.
Hilarious 😂 love it keep it up
I thot u had a huge bottle of booze at the beginning of your video – i thot thats a 1st for a handyman video lol! Then i realized it was a cone!
Before this video I made lots of holes on my walls lol thank you so much for making this video now I can hang my curtains rod the right way 😊
