Hi Friends! On today’s project I will be showing you an easy DIY project, which is how to install a paver walkway! This is a super easy project for beginners! My parents new deck needed some borders so we ended up putting walkway pavers around the perimeter of their new composite deck! This is an easy therapeutic project that is definitely rewarding once its finished! Happy Paving!

Was in the business for a long time. I think these videos are cool they take time to show there skills. And it's good for people who can't afford to hire someone. So props
I have a space a metre wide and a metre square in heavy builders sand. It won't be walked on. The pavers are 190 x 190mm. Can I not just compact the sand and lay them?
I am glad Jue was able to manage and supervise the entire project from beginning to the end!
I am about to do a paving project for the first time. In the description, it references a 2" pvc pipe for the screeding process. Should this be a 1" pipe because otherwise you will have 2 inches of sand, whereas most people recommend a maximum of 1 inch sand? I just want to ensure that I buy the correct materials. Thank you.
beautiful work. i would be very nervous having the supervisor running around watching me. cute
Really appreciate the extra work to make sure this thing looks good for a while and doesn't get overrun by weeds and grass in a year.
So many people do quick and easy backyard jobs like this and everything becomes unlevel and a mess of weeds and grass after about a year or sometimes it takes just one summer of heavy rains to turn a backyard project into something that barely resembles what it once looked like.
Hello, do you have to get permits to add sidewalks? Property is in Virginia.
that plastic wavy edge is a bit eye watering
Cheap but a real pain in the butt job. It looks wonderful when you finish though, making it all well worth it
Excellent!
Thanks
Awesome❤
It looks so easy… but all that measuring! Ahhhh Came out very nice… I would be very sad to mess up as I am a novice diy-er. I wish I knew someone who knows how to do this stuff.
Very nice 👍🏼
🔥 🔥
Thank You. Now, I have an idea of how I'll do my backyard.
Great! But would it not be wash out from the heavy rain??
Silly question: why is it important to have sand instead of just reusing the dirt? What’s the importance of compacting the sand and stuff?
So I’m taking a stab at doing this myself, looks doable with patience.
I’m trying to budget how much I’ll buy beforehand. My space is 37’ long and 4’ wide. How tall would someone recommend this be? If a bag of paver base covers 0.5 cubic feet, an inch up is still north of 12 cubic ft. Do I really need 24 bags? Seems like a lot. This guy used six (I think) not sure how long his work area was.
Thanks, gracious first timer over here
great video! It will help me a lot on my current project
